• Right of withdrawal: When a consumer buys goods or services online, he has a statutory right to

right to cancel the purchase within 14 working days. The right is to be able to return the item without

to give any reason and without risking any penalty for default. The deadline will come into effect

when the consumer receives the purchased goods or when the contract is concluded for a

service. The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to purchases of commissioned art.

• Returns: When returning goods, shipping is paid by the customer. If the consumer chooses to

exercise the right of withdrawal, the seller shall refund the amount without undue delay

and no later than 14 days from the date the seller was notified of the decision.
