Payment
Payment is securely processed online via Stripe (card payment). The amount is charged at the time of purchase.
Payment via Vipps is also available online. The amount is charged at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Free shipping within Norway on orders over NOK 2,000.
We currently only ship within Norway.
All packages are sent via Posten Norge.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods or services online, consumers have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 working days. This right allows the customer to return the item without providing any reason and without penalty.
The cancellation period begins when the customer receives the purchased item or, in the case of services, when the agreement has been entered into.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned artwork or custom-made art pieces.
Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the customer chooses to exercise their right of withdrawal, the seller will refund the amount paid without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving notification of the decision.

We cannot guarantee that the colours of our products will appear exactly as displayed on your screen. Colour tones may vary between products and across different devices and monitors, and we cannot be held responsible for differences in screen colour representation.
Damaged Deliveries
Your item may occasionally be damaged during transport. If this occurs, please report the damage directly to the distributor as soon as possible — preferably at the collection point when receiving the package.
If visible damage is present on the outside of the package, you may file a claim immediately upon delivery.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If an item is damaged upon opening the package, please contact us so we can offer an appropriate solution — either a replacement item of equal value or a full refund.
Customers will not be responsible for shipping costs related to complaints or damaged goods. We will cover all associated shipping expenses.
For complaints, please contact us by email at olinebs@gmail.com and include “Complaint” in the subject line. We will assist you with the return process in the best possible way.
Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable time.
Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act, consumers have the right to file a complaint regarding defective goods for up to two years, provided the defect existed at the time of delivery. However, any issues should be reported as soon as possible.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, we recommend contacting the Norwegian Consumer Council.
