Oline Bergebakken Sundt (b. 1996) is a figurative artist from the historic mining town of Røros, Norway. Working at the intersection of realism and fantasy, she creates atmospheric compositions in which nature, light, and traces of history play a central role. Through richly detailed works, she explores the relationship between people, landscapes, and cultural heritage.

Some of her works are inspired by the history and surroundings of the Røros region, interpreted through a contemporary and personal visual language. Themes of nature, portraiture, light, and elements of fantasy are recurring throughout her artistic practice. She works primarily with acrylic paint, building her compositions layer by layer to create depth, texture, and a strong sensory presence.

Alongside her studio practice, Sundt also works on larger site-specific projects, including murals developed in collaboration with public and private clients. She also has extensive experience as an art instructor, offering painting courses in a variety of formats — from multi-day immersion courses to shorter workshops for both adults and children.

Sundt studied at Kristiania University College and Curtin University in Perth, Australia. Since 2018, she has worked as an artist, freelance illustrator, and designer, with projects ranging from art exhibitions to commercial commissions.

She made her exhibition debut with Røros After Rain in 2020, for which she received the Bergstad Scholarship the same year. Since then, she has exhibited at venues including Røros Kunstformidling, where she presented the solo exhibition SPOR in 2024.
